We require full payment before your pet's arrival, unless we've made other arrangements. A non-refundable deposit is needed at booking to secure your dates. For any specific payment needs, please give us a call!

Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. If you collect your dog before 11 am on the last day of their stay, you will be charged the daycare rate for that day. Otherwise, the full rate applies.
